MSC Opera. Experienced cruiser and this was the worst. Service Mgr said that cruise caters to Europeans and not to American standards...what? Expecting decent food, timely beverage and meal service is too much to expect? Lousy entertainment is acceptable? Never again. Thoroughly enjoyed the cruise. We boarded in Instabul and visited Romania, Bulgaria, and the Ukraine.
A bit of the ship was outdated and needed some maintenance, but we thoroughly loved the size of our room and the crew itself.
The meals were very good in the dining room and the dinner in Candles (everyone is entitled to 1 meal) was excellent.

Staff very nice and pleasant. Balcony cabin b222 very good position clean and tidy. Shops on board well over priced, sale day on board like a jumble sale (junk)
