Virgin Gorda Baths Well organized tour with guides meeting you at the pier and escorting you through the entire adventure. Anyone who can walk around the block can do this adventure. Beautiful vistas and warm waters on clean beaches. The only down side was the crowds. There were three ships in port and this tour, and the snorkeling tour which joined us at the beach had clearly been over sold. ...

Ship excursion: Escape to Jost Van Dyke 4.5 hrs $149pp 7:15am Rebel Yell catamaran ride to JVD takes ~60 min. Pull up to White Bay Beach and you get off in the water (ankle deep for us). We were the first group to arrive so we could claim prime beach chairs in front of the legendary Soggy Dollar Bar.
