Its my home town. Embarkation went smooth and easy. Would have been nicer if ship was able to dock at Circular Quay instead of White Bay. Being the height of the cruise season ships have to dock where size and space allows. Nice to sail under the bridge and see the harbour at night ...

We arrived three days prior to our cruise and scheduled a two-day HOHO bus which enabled us to visit Sydney’s top attractions. Wish we had longer as there was so much to see in and around this beautiful city. We also took a tour of the Sydney Opera House, wow, it was worth the price of admission. Sydney is just great, with so much to see and do. Even docking at the White Bay Terminal it's easy to get to the heart of the city via a water taxi to Kings Street Wharf in Darling Harbour. From there a walk takes you to Queen Victoria Arcade for some great architecture and shopping, or another water taxi will take you round to Circular Quay.
