Best deal for your dollar is to go to downtown via taxi and then get on the Safari Taxi ($1 Bus they are called)., We took a whole tour of the east end of the island (roundtrip for $6 for 2 adults) and you get to meet the locals and learn about their culture and way of life. Lots of shopping to do downtown -- definitely want to go to back streets to get some of the best deals. ...
