Visited Old Town in Split and took a taxi to the Radisson Blu which offered a spa pass with use of their spa pools, hot tubs, and outdoor pool. There is also beach access with chairs for sunning. We ate lunch at the hotel which was reasonably priced and took a waiting taxi back to the ship. ...

The big draw to Split is Diocletan's Palace and the town around it. After Dubrovnik, I was underwhelmed with Split. Walking Diocletan's Palace without a guide is very possible, but they don't have any signage or brochures to make it a good learning experience. The top of the palace is really ruins and the town.
