Dear Port Authority: Please consider putting seats or benches on the Disembarkation side of the Terminal. I know you dont want people to linger. But after walking so far to get off the ship, some passengers may need a minute to regroup. Especially the elderly. Also, Thank God for the Parking Lot Shuttle! This is a difficult port to get to and leave from if you are not driving. We took a car from our hotel in Manhattan to the port and were very grateful we decided to do that.
