Berth was further from main downtown area than with an cruise earlier this year with P&O. I suspect MSC use this cruise terminal as it is much better laid out to disembark and embark the mainly French speaking cruisers who leave and join the cruise here. Very long day in port. It was a 15-20 min walk into town which has good shopping, cafe's and bars. Just like a typical French city in fact. Good ...

We took the Water Taxi over to the Anse L’ane beach. The ship docked at the dock outside of the main city, so it is about a 15 minute walk to the other pier where the Water Taxi was. Water Taxi Fee was 5 dollars each way. We got off at the first stop, which was less crowded and less commercialized then the beach at the second stop. This beach had some great snorkelling. ...
