Grotty and run down feel as we walked across town to a disappointing beach. Found a great Italian ice cream parlour and kids playground though which suited us well. ...

Again we hired our own taxi to take us around and the lava fields was worth it totally! You go to the nature park and pay a small fee and they take you by bus around the park. Lots of great photo ops. You can't get out of the bus they are preserving this landscape from the humans. We left here and went to the beach La Playa del Carmen and enjoyed cheap drinks and half way decent food. Here ...

Visit the town centre then enjoy the bars beside the marina ...

Really quite enjoyed our day here, had a wander round the little market, then took a taxi to Costa Teguise, the sun came out which was a bonus! Costa Teguise seemed a laid back resort, a nice paved prom and lots of bars / restaurants for a lunch time beer break! ...
