We wanted to browse the little shops and probably would’ve bought stuff but the local people were constantly all over you. Wasn’t expecting such pushy salespeople on RC’s private island. We spent our time on the beautiful private beach. It was nice to have food and drink provided. However. Warning about the ladder to the floating bar. There will be no one to guide you to excursions right off of the ship. Instead, walk down the pier until you arrive at the Labadee sign, and there will be a hut towards your right with a sign for the excursions. Personally, I like Columbus Cove as it's a further walk from the pier, so it's easy to find a beach chair and a nice spot if you head straight there. There are also less rocks in the water ...
