We got off the ship and spent the day at the beach and enjoyed the ships BBQ ...

We did a hilltop cabana and loved it. There was a lot of shade until mid afternoon, quiet and enough room for 4 people. You have someone who gets your drinks and mats etc. You have your own private food area as well and the food was surprisingly good. It was a very restful day just lounging around. Zip line is a must do! Very fun. Would pass on the other activities - really not worth the $$ and/or did not operate well: Coaster, Water Slide and Aqua Park. Beach Cabana was very nice, nice staff. Beaches ok. Loved the Barefoot Beach BBQ! This was our first time there, not sure it would be worth returning to....seems like we'd be bored on a second visit... ...

Royal has built a dock at Labadee which makes getting onto the island much easier. Since Royal leases and has developed the area, it is very much a money maker once you step onto the island. Drink huts are numerous. Beach rentals are numerous. All are very expensive. A pineapple drink was $17.21. Take water! ...
