Kona: In Kona we had to take a tender (small boat) from the ship to the island because the ship was too big to dock there. It was quick and well organized and the great thing about it was as soon as we got off we were at Niumalu Beach, Kailua Bay which had a nice shopping area. They picked us up and brought us back to the port. The flight was great. Only this was the sixth seat on the helicopter was in the middle with no real front view and was awkward for the member or our group to really look out and enjoy. The other people had a great time but due to weight allotments trading seats was not allowed. The middle seat should have been a 1/2 price seat or something. ...

Very disappointing due to the crew of the High Noon who did their job, period, but did not help me with getting on and off the boat when they saw I was having difficulty. Pointed out where the water was. No fun at all. I don't expect to catch fish but I do expect to enjoy the experience. The other boat with the same owner had a blast.
