Halifax, Canada – Great pier facility, less than a half-mile from the main downtown area. We didn't book an excursion but chose to wander around on our own. We walked the length of the boardwalk (which has great views). Tons of interesting shop and restaurants there. Then walked up the hill to the Citadel, which we really enjoyed.
