Grand Cayman was beautiful. My family and I didn't book an excursion, but rather just grabbed a public bus to the Westin on 7 mile beach where we rented jet skis and lounged on the beach the whole day. The water is phenomenal and the sand is like sugar. Be warned though, if you end up at the Westin do not eat at their poolside restaurant - we got 4 mediocre fish tacos and a plate of coconut shrimp ...
