We took a van to Junkanoo Taino beach for $14 round trip and $3 entry fee which included wi-fi. The ocean water was beautiful and we paid less than half of what we would have spent on the boat. Make sure you leave early enough to catch the boat, its a 15 minute drive. ...

This place is so gross and dirty it shouldn't be a port. Freeport is an industrial yard that smells like gasoline from the refinery. The water is just not pretty on Grand Bahama. This port looks like a bunch of coal power plants by the ocean. Tourists really have no business going to this island. It is very disappointing that Carnival would take guests here. We did an excursion at this port. ...

The house is not connected to the beach. The beach is across the street but it was relaxing. The food was good but VERY small portions and if you go at Noon know that lunch is not served until around 2:30 so eat a late breakfast. The beach across the street has a little beach bar called bernies that serves some of the best fresh lobster we have every eaten. Next time, Ill skip the tours and go ...

We absolutely loved our dolphin swim excursion! They take you to a different facility where they have trained the dolphins to interact with you. The trainers are super friendly, and they let you give the dolphins hand signals to make them do all sorts of stuff. Overall very fun! ...

The port area isn't appealing. Same old trinkets just not as many. We rented a cab and went to Junkanoo Beach. Driver was great. He wouldn't visit much but his driving skills didn't make me nervous and for that, I was thankful. Cost a around $3. for use of the beach. Water temps were perfect! ...
