Well we had an absolute ball in Crete. Docked at Chania and took the bus just outside the port doors to town for €3.60 return. At the ticket booth there is a map with bus routes. Once we got to town we followed the map and got bus 21 over the road to Apostoloi beach. It will be on the front of the bus so just ask for ticket to beach. €2.40 return.
