The port of Castries wasn't very inspiring. Castries itslf is run down, apparently the port on the other side was better. We took the St Lucia by land and sea tour. It was very professionally run. Consisted on a catamaran trip along with coach trip to gardens etc. Very tired at the end of it well worth the trip.
The highlight of the trip. Very friendly and certainly souvenirs were less expensive as the other ports.
Here we did our own thing and caught a taxi to Soper's Hole and the Pussers Landing store. A must visit. Another must is the real "painkiller" cocktail along with the best burger in the world!
