A good place to stay on the ship and experience less crowding....unless there's a tour that interests you. The "shopping" is limited to vendor tents all selling carved coconuts, cheaply-made bags, etc.
I can't rate this port because the weather and limited hours in port prevented us from doing much. We took a water taxi to the Grand Anse beach, which looked beautiful but wasn't very enjoyable at 11:00 on a cloudy day.
