We have been on 19 cruises and this was the best trip we have ever been on.
Culinary Tour Rating:
Firstly we visited a local's home and were shown round their garden. They explained all about their produce which they grow.
Then off to a private estate where we watched a Creolle cooking demonstration. We then sat on the balcony of one of the private villas and ate a meal of tuna in a sauce, rice, salad, plantain and then cheesecake. The owner played the steel drums while we ate.
We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves even though the roads are terrible - very winding with lots of potholes.
