Cabbage Beach near Atlantis. I would not recommend this beach if you plan to go in the water. The waves are strong and there were large chunks of coral and rock that slammed into your feet/legs. We all left with scrapes and bruises. We were offered illegals several times and in front of the children which was a bit uncomfortable.
We asked a taxi driver where the locals eat and he sent us to The Conch Fritter. Dinner at Conch Fritters was a nice surprise. It doesn't look like much but the food was fantastic. Be prepared to spend $80+ for a family of 4 for a basic meal.
