Princess Quay is a small private beach that belongs to the cruise line. You have to tender out to the island, so we waited till the crowds died down before going ashore. Its a nice beach and they serve a great barbecue buffet for free. I heard a lot of complaining from other passengers about this destination. It is what it is, and it is what is described in the brochure. Don't see why people don't take time to understand where they are paying to go. I found it restful, laid back and beautiful.

On Curacao we opted for a tour around the town. That was a mistake. Unless your totally in to old run down buildings, there is nothing to see. Shopping is limited and very commercial. I'd recommend going to a beach instead.

Semi Sub Tour Rating: 5.0 out of 5+
Aruba is GORGEOUS. We took an air conditioned bus ride and saw the islands main sites. The last stop was on the beach, with a ride in a "semi-sub". Its a boat with seats five feet below the water line and big windows. A beautiful way to see shipwrecks and fish and a reef without getting wet.
