Very well organized embarkation and debarkation, arranged by numbers and colours. Excellent announcements over the PA. Everyone seemed to know what they were doing.

San Juan

Nice terminal, well located right in the bottom of the old town. We walked around which was fine but if someone were not able to walk well it would be hard to get around. Felt safe in the old town area. The two forts are outstanding to visit. Beautiful ocean view.

Felt very safe, easy to get around. The taxi's are wonderful. Not much to do other than shop and sightsee. The cable car was a good excursion.
