Urbanized Polynesia but do take the time to go into the market (marche). We went for flowers there and I choose a bunch the saleswoman said she would make up a fresh bunch which ended up lasting the entire 10 cruise. You can also buy water, snacks, sunscreen, etc. there but be prepared for sticker shock!
