Aruba was disappointing because there is little to show you - they took us to the lighthouse, and a plant store. Of course, you can't buy plants because you can't bring them back into the country.
Costa Rica was basically a banana plantation and a hotel gift shop. The best shopping on the whole route is right on the dock in Costa Rica. By mid-morning there are many craft stalls right outside your boat. Britt coffee was the cheapest there too.
