Dominica
Rating:  Looked at a couple different companies, but with a cruise ship coming in, most were full. Only 8 divers, even though booked through the ship. Saw the popular sites, so ran into a few more people, but over all, an excellent experience. Wife and I are new divers, felt very safe. Would definitely dive with them again.
