Ship docked around 7 am. We went ashore around 8 am and found that most of the stores or shops would not open until 9:30 or 10:00am. Boring. Went back to ship at 10:45am Ship left around noon.

Went on tour of city and a mission. Interesting. Did a little shopping. Tour guides English not easily understood but he tried.

Did the tour of the Embera Indian village. Interesting but not too realistic.. Promoted as " real live jungle surviving natives from "way back when" when in reality, they had solar electric homes, dish TV, outboard motors on the dugout canoes. Not too realistic for indigenous natives.

Nice tour of the town, back country and the guide was well versed in his knowledge.
