We have been here so many times that it was a nice day to stop and just relax ,,, we had our usual cocktail at Sr Frogs ! and then played on Jewelry row for a little while ... like I said we have been there ... if you want to explore ... when you get off the ship and go out the gates ... if you are looking for a beach in walking distance ( 10 to 15 minutes walking ) just make a right when you get out on the main street go past all the mobile retail shops past Sr Frogs and after a nice little walk there is a beach with drinks / snorkel gear for rent ... and fresh coconuts ... or just stay on the ship and have it all to your self while everyone else is in town
No need to pay $25 dollars for a taxi ... there are little shops right where you get off the ship ... They definitely need to work on this port ... getting off in a refinery and being trapped to have to pay for a taxi to get out to really go anywhere ... like I said if you just want to quick shop , there are stores right there off the ship ... other wise ... ()*&^%$#@!~ stay on the Ship and have it all to your self while everyone else is in town !
