Baltimore was generally easy to get in and out of. The luggage process where you drove up to luggage carts worked well. Parking was very expensive compared to other ports we've sailed from, and the rate was even more confusing due to multiple web sites listing varying prices. Baltimore was ok, but definitely wasn't Jacksonville...
