Embarkation went very smooth. Debarkation was a nightmare. There were two cruise disembarking at the same time. Some the passengers were on a staggered schedule. One group would disembark from one ship and then one group would disembark from the other. We were schedule to get off the ship at 9:30 but we did not get off until 10:30.
