The Manhatten terminal must be the best place to dock!
But US immigration procedures were ridiculous. Everyone had to get off the ship to be cleared before anyone could get back on. The wait was about 1.5 hours. People were courteous, but this was poor compensation.
As for New York, there is nothing I can tell you. If you have been there, you know everything you need to know. If not, you need to go.
