The ship stopped 2 days in Haifa ! We took an excursion for Nazareth and The Northern Galileo and this was an enrichment ! On the second day , we took a free tour of Haifa organised by the Chamber of Commerce and the Municipality and it proved very interesting . Afterward we took the train to Akko (Saint-John of Acre) and spent the afternoon visiting this lovely medieval town
Ashdod, the port of call for Jerusalem , is very commercial and does not offer facilities like Haifa does ! We took a shuttle, then a taxi, then a public bus then the tramway to get to Old Jerusalem ! We toured the Old Town with a Free Guided Tour that proved amazing ! On the second day , we took an excursion of Jerusalem and Bethleem ! It proved to be quite different from what we had done the previous day but as interesting
We had already been to Kusadasi 2 years ago to visit Ephesus so this time around we stayed at the port , did some sightseeing , shopping and enjoyed the view
