Docked at Langton Cruise Terminal, resembled a cattle shed. we were impressed with the friendliness of the Liverpool people and the city has some good sights to see, the Albert docks and maritime museum especially good. Would have enjoyed it more but we should have been exploring Oban that day.
As always Dublin was a welcoming city. A visit to the Book of Kells is well worth a few euros. Also found a nice little Whiskey shop who gave free tasters. Day tainted by not being in the Orkneys where the original itinerary took us.
