The port of Amsterdam is well worth a look round. a very lively place, many young people. We went on a City tour by coach and a Canal boat tour, well worth the money. Most people spoke English in the shops. The houses and shops and a mass of little bridge's make Amsterdam a most to visit.
Antwerp is a lovely Port, the Marco Polo birthed right in the centre, oppiste the Grote Market, very nice buildigs and Church's . The Market square is a Great place to sit and have beer or Coffee and the world go by. Not as busy as Amsterdam, but relaxed, the people very friendley. The streets and paths mainly cobbled, but clean and well sign posted. The Shopkeepers all spoke English, and the Chocalate's are just perfect.
