Our experience getting on and off the ship was good. Princess Cruises are very organized in handing many passengers leaving and arriving at one time. Our cruise cards were scanned quickly when we left and returned. Only problem was waiting for an elevator to take you up when you returned. However we usually avoided this by walking up the stairs. Buses or boats were readily available for guests doing their own tour.

Quick and fast getting off and on the ship even though we had to go through customs. We had all our tour papers with us and had informed the ship of our plans for our tour with White Nights Tour so had no problems. Our guide picked us up where we cleared customs and returned us to the same spot.
Disembarking was quick and easy. We left the ship later than most passengers, found our luggage immediately and hopped in a taxi that took us to our hotel. No problems.
