why did the ticket say Florence and Pisa? this was disappointing only for the fact they did not take us to Pisa . when on our tickets it said so. misleading a bit
its not wheelchair friendly all though we wouldn't know. again couldn't get on tender too dangerous. but enjoyed the day on ship with the rock in background
if I could put -1 I would. this was worst trip of all. the guide dumped us at a little chapel for two hours he said. Then the others unbeknown to us demanded that they go to the shops instead they did not tell us, although we were across the road where he told us to be. One said she wanted to go to the ship. so I thought they had done that. I can only advise those with wheelchairs and hard of walking, insist just a short stay at the hotel/chapel and then driver to come and get them and drive them to the shops. because it is quite a walk. but please do tell everyone on the coach this time.
This trip did enjoy very much. our driver took us to Notre Dam garde. he was so attentive and kind we enjoyed the view. we were then driven to the town and left for about 40 minutes free time. it was good sitting in the one of the cafe's. good English spoken by many
