Must take a bus to downtown, about 15 minutes and a fee to Celebrity. Downtown Lisbon was dirty and uninviting. The flea market advertised on board was a cab ride away from the bus drop off. Not much to see without a tour or finding one's way on the public trains, which to be fair, was not difficult. We do not need to return unless we take a tour out of Lisbon proper.
We did not get to Seville, but loved the port of Cadiz. The ship docked right downtown and we walked all over the area. Just lovely and nice people. We do want to return there. Very relaxing and welcoming
