Aqaba,Large town but nothing to write home about, but the shopkeepers were reasonably pleasant. Camels on the sidewalk along with their droppings.

From here there is a coach trip to Hurghada two different Hurghada's, one for tourists-fixed prices and expensive but nice and clean. The other is for the locals full of really, really pushy shopkeepers. If you walk into a shop to lokk round and walk out again without buying you are subjected to a torrent of abuse. I don't speak Arabic but I do know when I'm being swore at!
