Our first port of call was Melbourne. Very easy to catch a cab or the cruise line has buses going into the city all day so getting around was very easy.
In Adelaide 8 of us organised a cab service from the ship to drive us up to the Barossa Valley for the day for lunch and wine tasting. Our driver then drove us around the city so we could enjoy the sights, then back to the ship by 4 pm as we were sailing at 6pm. Very easy to organise a cab to do the wine tasting.
