It was good to be on dry land after over 3 days at sea and Dunedin did not disappoint. A great little city with the Cadbury factory being the highlight of our visit . Weather cool but manageable. Very easy to get into town and back to the ship.
Once again no problems getting into town and back. We were fortunate to be in the city when it was welcoming the para Olympians for the Games in Christchurch. A bit of rain but no real signs of the recent earthquakes.
Met all expectations of a capital city and we thoroughly enjoyed what it had to offer, especially the museum. It was interesting seeing a stadium right alongside the wharf.
It was fantastic to be able to walk off the boat and into the city. Reminds one of Sydney. Plenty to see and do in the very short stay. Worth revisiting
