Singapore is a very clean and safe destination with cheap taxis and a good underground railway system. Mustafas (near little India) is fun for a visit many floors of various goods and open 24 hours a day. Popular spots are East Coast for great seafood restaurants, high end glitzy malls, Singapore Zoo for night visits or breakfast with the Orangutans..avoid the heat and humidity by visiting early morning or a night visit.
Top tip, chose new taxis, all taxis are cheap but the new ones seem to have drivers who speak English and better airconditioning.
