Tenders are always a problem here - too many people want to get off and it just takes time. Infinity was also traveling with us and arrived first, so we were anchored quite a ways out. About a 30 min tender ride.
Did the Cliff Divers boat excursion - nice tour but ACA is just not great. Been there 3 times now and don't think I need to go back.
Missing on the drop down list is Huatulco which was stop 3 - lovely place and the beach within walking distance was fun. Swam and had beers with the two ships docked in the background. Nice place!
Costa Rica was wonderful we did two tours: Taracoles River and The Orchid Farm. Taracoles river cruise was great - saw crocs, many birds and lizards. The weather was great.
The Orchid Farm was really nice. This is a great tour if you are an orchid lover - very informative and they gave us each a beautiful bouquet of orchids to take with us.
The people of Costa Rica were charming, friendly and very engaging. I would love to go back and spend additional time there. Just so much to see and not nearly enough time.
Loved Curacao! Beautiful island, buildings and nice people. No vendors hassling you at the beach and all beaches are protected coves with breakwaters. We did a boat tour to the beach. The beach was Sea Aquarium beach and included lounge chairs and a drink. Great beach for sunning, wading and okay snorkeling.
Would love to go back to Curacao for a land vacation.
