Barcelona is an amazing place with something for everyone get the hop on hop off bus for 22 euros well worth it.Then enjoy a leisurely walk along Las Ramblas after 1 o clock is best its buzzin then if you fancy lunch i recommend the sports bar good choice lovely food!
We had a wonderful day here,we went by tender to Santa Margherita to the new port it was the first time the dream had been to this port.It was beautiful lots of little shops and windy cobbled streets.We then got a boat to Portofino what a beautiful place this is the harbour is packed with every size yacht this is not to be missed!
this is amazing we got the shuttle from the ship when you arrive there is a kiosk which sells tickets for the train 9 euros return follow the crowd to the station and just bypass the queues but don't forget when you get inside the station you have to validate your ticket in the machine or you will be fined.The train takes 45 mins and is great get off for st peters square and then just walk we found everything quite easily with the map its a long day but well worth it.
quite disappointed with this port it is just a fishing harbour we went on the coach from the ship 6 pound each return we were back onboard within 1 hour and a half!
