Tour was good although the guide was not great and dragged us all over the place. I was a bit jaded possibly due to the fact I had a stinker of a cold and it was in the 90's. It wass too hot to queue at the Vatican so we wenbt and had a cold drink instead and the took external photos
Great trip - loved the city - got on the bus tour and did a couple of trips. Stopped of at Michaelangelo's tearrace and enjoyed the view as well as lunch
Trip to Monac, Monrte Carlo and Nice was excellent - really enjoyed orselves. Hoghlight was spending under 4 euros on two raspeberry frappe's from McDonalds whilst othere were forking uoyt 15 euro for a couple of drinks at the Cssino
Visted Caliargi instead of La Goullette in Tunisia. Went of a scinic tour which tho nice did not make up for the disappointement of missing out on the one destination we were really looking forward too.
Later in the week we also visited Olbia in Sardinia. I am not too keen on this port of call at all.
Had a great day in naples on bus tours - loved the dodgy driving even if it was hairy at times.
Toulon was another nice place - had a tour round the naval base on a boat and went on the wee train as well asvisiting the Sunday market
