Ship was delayed 1-2 hours getting in to port. This affecting our "behind-the-scenes" excursion at Kennedy Space Center, but we were still able to do the regular KSC tour.
NCL offered everyone 25% off their excursions or the opportunity to cancel -- a great reason to book excursions through NCL vs on your own.
Unfortunately they did a lousy job notifying that the behind-the-scenes tour was being canceled, sticking a note outside the door (but not knocking or calling when we were waiting in the room to go)!
All I can say is to sign up for the Dolphin Encounter in Blue Lagoon. It is absolutely incredible. The dolphin experience is a great interaction, but try for the dolphin swim. Read on their website about the dolphin "push" -- you literally have two dolphins come up behind you in the lagoon and push you by your feet so fast it lifts you out of the water. It is just unbelievable.
