The Veendam arrived at it's anchorage around 8:30. The report is that the ship is too heavy and draws to much water to go into St. George's. So at 9:30 the two ferries arrive and tendering operations began. I got off with my friend on the first ferry. We were in town by 10:30. Decided to do some geocaching and headed to the unfinished church. Great area and great spot to look down into town. After spending time here we went to a restaurant on the water waiting for our shore excursion. At this port we went on the Coral Sea. This ship is a glass bottom boat. The first thing we did was go to a reef, then to a sea turtle area and finally to a protected cove to snorkel. There was some jelly fish in the water and it did sting a few members of the tour. However, this didn't stop us from having fun. By 4:15 we were back at the tender pier and head back to the ship on the 4:30 tender.
