Bermuda is pretty, but nothing special. We took a boat tour around the Great Sound which was nice and we looked at some of the shops in Hamilton. I didn't find anything really picturesque though. Probably it's prettier on the southern side, but we didn't have time to go there.
A must-miss! St Maarten was dry, dusty, dirty, and unpleasant. We took a bus tour of the island and I have never been happier to get back on the boat. We did have a little fun poking around the bazzar in Marigot. Our guide was very informative about the history and culture of the island, but there's not much to see. We should have just found a beach to lay on or stayed on the boat.
St Thomas was beautiful. We took a tour on a bus and they have some of the most beautiful flowers and gardens. We stopped at a working farm, and learned about some of the locally grown herbs and their uses. We looked at some of the stores, but aside from cigarettes, nothing is really a great bargain so we didn't buy anything. The beaches are incredible and the views from some of the hills are breathtaking.
Nice, but nothing amazing. The shops were cute and some of the architecture and flowers we saw were very nice, but since we only had 4 hours, we wandered the streets and just had a relaxed time. Some of the photo ops from the boat were great as we were pulling away.
