The port is very clean with a magnificent Departure/Arrival building. It also has a number of interesting souvenir shops within the port area which are useful for purchases.
Had a safe feel about this port and was within easy walk of a shop or two. Quite a large Police presence due to the fact that we were moored next to a Ferry with people of all nationalities back and forth all day.
Obviously the richest of the ports of call, but due to there having been little cruise activity in the past, the facilities were quite bad. A new terminal is in the process of being built and will no doubt be as splendid as there new airport, but we had a makeshift marquee and the pandemonium and lack of organisation were plain to see.
