We went to Nachi Cocom beach. Made reservations online and took at taxi with another couple we met on board. The open bar/lunch included package was very reasonable. The wait staff was very attentive to our drink needs while we enjoyed the semi-private beach.
Be careful using a credit card at merchants'. We were quoted a price in US dollars, then charged in pesos. The vendor lied about the conversion rate and charged way too many pesos. Didn't figure this out until we were back on ship.

We made reservations with the Grand Coco Bay Resort - an all-inclusive that offers limited spaces to day trippers. The resort was beautiful. Wait staff was not as attentive as our previous beach. Beach was very quiet.
We were very unhappy with the taxi arrangements at the dock. They weren't sure exactly where our Resort was and were going to charge us extra. We worked out our own solution and saved, but others might have been confused.
