is Dominica the Dominican Republic (Samana)? it is a very poor port with lots of poverty to see. we did the ATV experience. i rate it a 3 on a scale of 10 since 1/2 of your journey is over rough black top roads and the other half through poor villages but the view from the top of the mountain was nice.
we did the Pub Crawl but not sure why it is called that since we stopped at one dinky bar and then at a place on a beach for lunch. it was really a party on wheels since our tour vehicle had about 23 people on it and went through two half gallons of rum (included in the tour). Esmeralda, our tour guide, was great!
