We selected the snorkeling and stingray safari tour and enjoyed every minute of it. The snorkeling was over a "coral garden" not a coral reef, but we did see many fish. Seeing all the stingrays was awesome and after being home now for several weeks, that it what I remember and think about the most.

We kayaked in Bacab Eco Park. Right away we know we were going to have a better experience than we had in Roatan. First, we had an actual bus that was air-conditioned driven by a safe driver. We had a tour guide that talked about Belize's points of interest and the history of Belize all the way to the park. Talking later to other cruisers that did the guided bus tours, we had learned much more about Belize than they did. When we reached the park it was awesome. We had Antonio was our kayak guide. He was so full of information about the rain forest, it's trees, and it's animals. He never stopped talking about the different points of interest. When we returned back to the park, they fed us lunch and than we got to relax for a while at a beautiful pool, with a waterfall, and water slide. Ask for the frozen drink with chocolate, a Bailey's and rum. It is wonderful!
