Grand Cayman - prewettn's Rating: 5+
Tender takes 5-10 mins, no need to hurry if you are going to the beach. When you get off at the pier, turn left, walk 1 block, in a fenced in area is the “city bus” it is $2.50 and tell them to take you to the public beach. Everything you would want, in fact, if you take the ship “beach chair” tour, they take you to the same place, but that is $25 per person. Ask the guy to point out the pick up location, but we didn’t take the city bus back, we told one of the tour operators we were going to take the bus back and she said she’d take us for the same price, instead of the $8 she was charging per person. Great day, good bar, good food, etc.

Ship docks. We ziplined and went to the beach. We booked it early based on the reviews from this site. It was over an hour of fun on the 2 mile ziplines. The cruise ship doesn’t do it here, but they do in Belize where they have for lines, here there were 16. Our driver Eddie took us to the ziplines, then to the beach. He was patient and found our group, plus the beach goers that he took as well. I really want to go back and do the ziplines again.

Belize City - prewettn's Rating: 5.0
We took the hammerhead sports tour. Beach, reef snorkeling, and manatee search. Ship passes out “non-ship tour” passes in the Paris lounge at 8:00. We showed up at 8:20 and it was packed. We were standing by the stairs when the leader came out and said “follow-me” to the tender. We walked down the stairs to deck 0 and my wife and I were the first ones on the boats. No need to get there early and next time I’d just hang out by the stairs and wait for everyone to come along. Mr. Big was our guide, big guy who was like a dolphin in the water. We had 8 in our group with 3 guides. While we were out there, the ship tour showed up with 50+ and 2 guides. We paid about 1/3 less than they did just to snorkel.

Cozumel - prewettn's Rating: 4.0
We went to Xcret park on the mainland. This was the only tour we booked through he ship, but based on the price of the park and transportation, it is hard to understand how they make money on this trip. The underground river was AWESOME, we were there early in the day and just my wife and I floated through the park. Made it back to Cozumel with about 2 hours to shop etc. Now I will say, in the 3 times that I’ve been to Cozumel, it keeps feeling more and more (and costing more and more) like Southern California.
